Privacy Policy

Effective date: 14 October 2026

Platform operator

Blive Booking is an associated product of the Blive Connect ecosystem, owned and operated by Cybaze Insights LLP. This policy describes information handling for the platform. Independent organisers may separately provide privacy notices for their events.

Information that may be collected

Depending on features used, information may include name, email address, mobile number, account details, event registration data, attendee details, booking references, ticket and QR check-in records, transaction references, amounts and payment statuses. Technical data may include IP address, browser and device information, access logs, pages visited and interaction data, where collected.

Payment card or banking credentials may be processed directly by the relevant payment provider. Blive Booking does not intend to store full payment card credentials on its platform.

Purposes of processing

Information may be used to create accounts, facilitate bookings, issue and retrieve tickets, verify payment status, support check-in, provide event details, manage records, respond to support requests, maintain security, prevent fraud, improve platform functionality and meet legal obligations. Promotional communications will be handled as permitted by applicable law and user choices.

Cookies, cache and similar technologies

Blive Booking may use cookies, browser cache, session storage and similar technologies to maintain sessions, remember preferences, support security, improve performance and provide essential functionality. The website may collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, access logs, pages visited and interaction data where applicable.

Some information may be stored temporarily in a browser or device cache. Users can manage cookies and clear cache through browser settings, but doing so may affect some platform functionality. The published policy should reflect the technologies actually enabled on the live website.

Sharing with organisers and responsibility for shared data

Relevant booking and attendee information may be made available to the independent event organiser and its authorised representatives for registration management, event communications, ticket verification, admission and event administration.

The organiser is responsible for information it requests, collects, receives, accesses, stores, uses, shares or otherwise processes through the platform. This includes providing appropriate notices, obtaining required permissions or consent, restricting access, applying security measures and complying with applicable law.

Cybaze Insights LLP, Blive Booking and associated companies do not assume responsibility for an independent organiser’s use, disclosure, storage, misuse or handling of information shared with or accessed by that organiser, except to the extent responsibility is imposed by applicable law. Nothing in this policy removes a legal obligation that applies directly to the platform operator.

Service providers and legal disclosures

Information may be shared with payment providers, hosting providers, email or messaging services, technical support providers and other vendors as necessary to operate the platform. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or reasonably necessary to address fraud, security incidents or legal claims.

Retention and security

Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain booking and transaction records, protect security, resolve disputes and comply with legal requirements. Retention varies by information type and applicable law.

Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards may be used for information processed within platform operations. No online system can guarantee absolute security. Organisers are responsible for securing information under their control and limiting access to authorised personnel.

Rights and choices

Subject to applicable law, users may be entitled to request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information, withdraw consent where applicable, or raise a complaint. Identity verification may be required. Certain records may need to be retained where required by law.

Children’s information

Organisers must comply with applicable age and consent requirements when collecting children’s information. Where the law requires verifiable parental consent or imposes other restrictions, those requirements must be followed.

Third-party links and international processing

Third-party payment, map and other services may operate under their own privacy policies. Depending on hosting and service-provider arrangements, information may be processed in other locations subject to applicable law. Update this policy to reflect actual vendors and hosting arrangements.
